Collecting and assessment of new developments, requests and demands of customers and field staff members. Compiling subjects from requests.
Planning (integration into the program, incorporation of all new buttons and functions, etc.)
Agreement with the respective programmers (time expenditure, implementation, etc.)
Test of new features and creation of test concepts.
Introduction of the new subject to the customer service member in charge.
Advice for the customer service member during the test phase.
Analysis and passing on of errors occurring during the test, testing of errors fixed.
Administration and new creation of master data (currently approx. 11,500)
Creating of lists of and films about new features in co-operation with customer service.
Presentation of new features (premium customer meetings, internal training, presentations).
