Sharing a booth with ACQBuilt - an innovative customer and probably the most successful pre-fab company in North America - SEMA had the chance to prove its capabilities by means of demonstrations, videos and examples. Many interested visitors took the opportunity to learn more about the advantages of the SEMA software in pre-designing and pre-fabrication. Intensive estimating and work preparation, CAD-CAM and computer aided manufacturing processes are the meat and potatoes of a successful pre-fabrication. Company ACQBuilt is making perfect use of SEMA's long-term experience in these fields and they were very pleased to give interesting insights to the curious visitors.
In addition, the SEMA representatives were able to directly answer the numerous questions from the visitors and pointed out the multitude of possibilities and advantages of this sophisticated timber construction software compared to the usual stick framing process.
The visitors at the SEMA booth consisted of builders and timber framers, members of research and development companies and universities.
