The Administration department performs all supporting and downstream activities for Sales. All orders and offers from national and international field service employees and dealers, for example, are managed here centrally for the respective countries. The Administration department is the right contact point for all questions relating to maintenance contracts and software licences. Data from more than 110,000 international address records is also managed in this department. All translations for software and all printed material are coordinated from here. Attendance to more than 40 international exhibitions and events as well as the organisation of approx. 350 international seminars every year is also organised here together with all the logistics and travel planning.
