The new developments of the SEMA program are planned and implemented in close cooperation with the staff from the programming department. Extensive and detailed testing ensures the quality and stability of two new versions each year.
Together with the customer service team, complex inquiries of customers are analysed and possible mistakes are corrected in teamwork with the programming department. Customers benefit from timely and regular intermediary releases with bug fixes and enhancements.
