SEMA - Roof Covering and Facade provides roofers, sheet metal workers and facade builders with an easy-to-use software solution for the spacing of one-layer roof and wall areas with different covering systems and folding profiles as well as the planning of wall copings.
The integrated add-on 3D Visualisation offers the possibility to add 3D furnishings for customer presentations.
Simple timber constructions as well as complex sheet metal components can be entered and evaluated easily and efficiently in a clear user interface. An extensive library of industry-specific tiles (substructures included) simplifies the planning.
Work preparation will become more efficient by simple quantity surveying, all quantities are directly available for orders, material planning, offer calculation, etc. These constructions can be joined manually, or they can serve as the basis for machine transfer.
You can optionally book the following add-ons for your package:
The add-on SEMA - Roof Covering and Facade Work Export machine data provides roofers, sheet metal workers and facade builders with an easy-to-use software solution for the data transfer to CNC machines for the automated production of sheet metal components. (manufacturers on request)
The add-on SEMA - Roof Covering and Facade Export Bendex provides roofers, sheet metal workers and facade builders with an easy-to-use software solution for the data transfer of optimized machine data to Bendex.
The add-on SEMA - Visualisation provides all carpentry, stair construction and sheet metal companies with an easy-to-use software solution for photo realistic customer presentations. Light and glitter effects for the rendering of the building can be easily entered by means of simple tools. There is the possibility of exporting data to external visualisation tools. (manufacturers on request)
The add-on MCAD Basic provides all carpentry, stair construction and sheet metal companies with an easy-to-use software solution for the creation of steel connectors, extended processings in constructive components and the capture of additional materials via CAD macros.
The add-on SEMA - Tachymetry Measurement offers the possibility to integrate laser measurements into the SEMA software by means of a theodolite. Users can either import a 3D point file saved on the theodolite or measure directly on site to transfer the data into the SEMA program. The laser replaces the manual input via mouse. Points from the SEMA software can also be sent back to the laser and projected on the construction site.
The add-on SEMA - 3D Point Cloud Measurement offers the possibility to import 3D point clouds in the formats .e57 or .spw into the program. The point cloud is then available as a planning basis in all views and in 3D. Any number of cutting planes can be generated, elevations can be defined and storeys can be recreated using the point cloud.
The add-on SEMA - Interface Structural Analysis offers the possibility to connect existing structural analysis software (FRILO) to the SEMA program.
The Add-on SEMA - Structural Analysis enables the structural calculation of timber and steel components directly from the SEMA software. Cross sections, material classes, supports and loads are transferred and measured directly from the SEMA software to selected modules of the FRILO structural analysis software for calculation and dimensioning.
The add-on SEMA - Strut-and-Node Model for structural analysis offers the possibility to calculate and, if necessary, to reprocess all structurally relevant component axes and nodes of a 3D model. The model can then be exported in various formats to an external structural analysis program for further processing.
The add-on SEMA - Joining Single Member offers timber construction companies, ranging from classic carpentry to the prefabricated building industry, an easy-to-use software solution for automated machine joining of single member components up to a width of 1.30 m.
