Wreath transfer
All types and shapes of handrail and string wreaths are fully automatically calculated up to the transfer to the CAM system and made available as volume models.
Material calculation + construction drawings
All the timber and other materials needed for the stairs are exactly determined and can be evaluated in detailed lists. Every stairs component can be printed or saved as construction drawing in different views.
All automatically dimensioned stairs components can be printed out in the required scale. The 1:1 printout of production templates is done via an automated continuous printing process. Additionally, special optimization features for gluing and board optimization can also be integrated. And the comprehensive parts list contains the entire stairs and is thus a valuable tool for ordering and material planning.
Control via CAM system
Makes it possible for modern timber-processing companies to fully use continuous and automated production processes.
For the transfer to CAD-CAM programs, all component geometries and processings are pre-optimized and then made available for CNC production. Apart form individual components also entire board optimization packages can be transferred to the CAD-CAM software.
