SEMA take-off comprises:
- Complete 2D-3D-CAD module with project administration, measuring, material evaluation as well as rapid calculation
- Import/export function of the most common 3D formats such as DXF, XML, IFC, 3DS
- Integrated 3D visualisation, terrain designer, room planner and energy performance
- Complete roof joining including roof coverings and auto truss
- Complete timber framing with auto roof, floor and wall elements including the module load planning
- Integration and export to tailored structural analysis programs
- Data transfer and export to tailored joining machines (manufacturers on demand)
- Complete stair design program with machine control
- Complete project planning for Façade & Metal Cladding
- Integrated measuring systems for theodolites and 3D laser scanners
| Duration of Use & Continuance |
SEMA take-off is limited to one-year's use. You can then decide on a SEMA software package perfectly customised to your individual needs. On purchase, the user fee paid for the SEMA take-off licence will be deducted as a discount from the purchase price of the software package directly after the expiration of the SEMA take-off license. |
