SEMA helps!

 

The Corona pandemic and the associated restrictions represent a major challenge for all of us. Our main task now is to reduce the spread of the virus in order to protect our compatriots and high-risk groups as a measure to ensure that the capacity of our healthcare system won’t be exceeded.

We at SEMA have taken appropriate measures to maintain on the one hand the operational business for our customers/prospective customers and, on the other hand, to interrupt the infection chain.

   

As a special service, we provide to all maintenance customers with staff working from home (as protective measure or in quarantine) a temporary SEMA licence to be used in a home office.

   

Otherwise there are only few restrictions at the moment:

  • The customer service and the technical service are as usual reachable by phone and by email.
  • Requests and orders will be processed reliably.
  • The entire team is still at your disposal.

However, all events and trainings scheduled for March 2020 have been cancelled. The current situation will be regularly evaluated and, if necessary, we will take further measures.

Fortunately, we can benefit from modern communication channels at the present time. Instead of seminars, presentations and trainings we provide

  • online seminars

The corresponding online seminars will be available as soon as possible and you get informed about the fixed dates via the SEMA start center. Individual online trainings and presentations will be scheduled with you.
