Inner Mongolia Agricultural University is a new SEMA education partner

The University of Hohhot now offers 48 teaching units on the "Planning and Construction with SEMA" for students majoring in timber construction.

During his visit of the university, Longyan Wang, technical engineer with the SEMA distribution partner 3E Information Technology in Beijing, officially confirmed the university's authorization to teach with SEMA software. The teaching contents of "Planning and Construction with SEMA" will be taught in a separate subject comprising 48 lessons. 

Soon after the program had been handed over to the university, the training for Mr. Niu and his 45 students majoring in timber construction began. The students will now continue their intense training on the SEMA software and start designing diverse projects. In the next few weeks, they will participate in a competition with students from Nanjing Forestry University. Nanjing Forestry University has been successfully employing the SEMA software for some time. The renowned university in the east of China specializes in forestry and timber industry. The Chair of Timber Construction has been an integral part of the training program there for many years.

The Inner Mongolia Agricultural University (IMAU) was founded in 1952. Over the past 50 years IMAU has introduced a multi-level management system. The main focus is on undergraduate studies.
