SEMA at the Greenbuild 2015 in Washington

In November 2015 SEMA was at Greenbuild International Conference and Expo in Washington.

Over the past 30 years, the SEMA Group has made a name for itself as a pioneering software company in the fields of timber and stairs construction and more recently also in the fields of roof coverings & flashings. In cooperation with the ‘Bayern International’ initiative, SEMA crossed the Atlantic and attended the Greenbuild International Expo in Washington, where the company excelled by demonstrating the convincing individual options and possibilities of the SEMA software to visitors.

Greenbuild is one of the first construction-trade expos in the US that focuses on environmental topics. The fair addresses “green building” with innovative and eco-friendly materials and future-oriented planning and designing.

During the two-day expo many interested visitors took the opportunity to learn about the SEMA software. In doing so, they got information about the advantages of the SEMA software as against non-computer-aided planning/designing. The SEMA representatives could directly answer the many questions of the individual visitors and point out to the many possibilities of ecological and environmental-friendly building aided by construction software.

The support of trend-setting BIM as a holistic planning process in combination with the long-term experience of SEMA is definitely an indicator for a successful future of SEMA in North America.
